Comprehensive Academic Improvement Team (CAIT)

Responsibilities of this team's members will include:

Developing the Comprehensive District Educational Planning (CDEP) Plan

Establishing any Instructional or Technology Mini Grant Processes (RFP and rubric development and proposal review and prioritization)

Members must commit to a two-year term (some staggering one year terms in 2001-2002)
