1. Students need a pre-signed pass from a teacher or staff member if they wish to enter the Resource Center. A pre-signed needs to be for a specific purpose as it relates to a classroom assignment.

2. When you enter the Resource Center bring your handbook to one of the staff members so that we can sign in the time that you have arrived and find out the purpose of your visit. A staff member will resign your book when you are ready to leave. Please sign your name on our clipboard register also.

3. Most tables are limited to two or three seats. Please do not move chairs unless you have a group assignment that requires you to do so.

4. If homework can be done in study hall, it should not be done in the Resource Center.

5. Magazine, newspaper and other recreational reading should be kept on the first floor.

6. Students who are being too noisy or doing something inappropriate will be sent back to study hall. Repeat offenders may be referred to Mr. Harrold and may lose their Resource Center privileges for a given period of time.

7. The Resource Center is normally open before and after school. Students doing work for a specific teacher should get a bus pass from that teacher.

8. Students receiving a second overdue notice will lose their library privileges. Students must pay for books that they lose as per school textbook replacement policy. Students who owe books at the end of the school year will not have any library privileges until the books are returned or payment is made.

9. The Resource Center is available for students during their lunch hour for homework and/or browsing, but students still need a pass from a teacher.

10. Only students with honor passes and those Seniors who have at least attained Merit Roll status will be able to use the Resource Center during free periods or lunch periods without a pre-signed pass.
